Math Tutor:
At PALS Center, We are looking for math tutors who can work with students in grades 5-10 and teach up to algebra I, II and geometry. Pre-calc experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should have a strong math background and be available to work weekends. Tutoring experience with elementary, middle school and high school students is a plus. In addition to math skills, tutors should be engaging, creative, and have a genuine interest in helping kids succeed. Applicants should be polite, positive, and encouraging with all students. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in tutoring English and Writing programs. They should be certified to teach English and be available to work weekends. Additionally, they should be engaging with children from grades pk-9 and be able to teach writing skills. Tutoring experience with elementary, middle school, and high school students is preferred.
The ideal candidate should also be creative and have a genuine interest in helping kids succeed. They should be polite, positive, and encouraging with all students.
