PALS Learning Center, which has been helping school-age kids for over a decade, offers education tutoring sessions for different grade levels, ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade. What Kind of Back-to-School Tutoring is Offered?
While children should certainly have fun during the summer, it’s a great opportunity to take advantage of the free time by furthering their knowledge and skills with tutoring. It can be beneficial whether they’re youngsters, teens, or somewhere in between.
There are a variety of options available at the PALS learning center that cover all levels of schooling and core subjects, including math, reading & writing, and English language arts. Assistance is also available for test prep for the NJSLA, the SATs, PSATs, and magnet/academy school prep.
Reading and writing, English, and math are subjects open for elementary school students, while middle school students have access to help with pre-algebra, Algebra 1, geometry, reading, and writing.
High school options include Algebra 2, geometry, reading, writing, and precalculus. Assistance is also available for AP subjects, such as physics, calculus, statistics, chemistry, and biology. Honors subjects consist of chemistry, biology, and physics.

PALS Learning Center prides itself on a personalized approach that keeps in mind what’s most suitable for the tutees and how to help them best meet their specific goals. We offer sessions with one teacher to five or fewer students, so each student gets the proper instruction without feeling like they’re a number.

An initial assessment will help kids and their parents know where they currently stand and how they can improve with the help of a personalized study plan. Weekly assessments are also done to chart the progress.
When Are Classes Held?
Classes at PALS Learning Center are held online and in person. From Monday through Thursday, classes are from 4-8 p.m., and classes on Saturday are from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The learning center is closed on Sundays, and Friday classes are by appointment only.
